PARADE kick off at City Hall's North Apron at 11 AM (approx 4 blocks)
Festival begins at 1600 Ben Franklin Parkway at 11 AM with live music on the hour at 12, 1, 2, and 3 PM; and resource tables, fun activities for all ages, food trucks, and community!
